1. Course Access

Course access will be provided only after successful payment verification. However, in some cases, a few introductory materials such as the first lecture video, first notes, or first test series may be available for free. Students must upload valid payment proof (Transaction ID or screenshot) during course purchase.

2. Payment Policy

We currently accept payments via QR Code. Payments must be verified before granting access to any course content.

3. No Guarantee Policy

We provide coaching, study material like lecture video,Notes,Test Series based on course feature , and guidance. However, we do not guarantee selection or job placement in any examination.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once course access has been granted. In case of technical issues, support will be provided.

5. User Responsibility

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and course materials.

6. Changes to Services

GyanUp Selection Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or service without prior notice.
